What started out as a 40th birthday present to myself has developed in to a commitment to stay strong and healthy during my 40s so I can approach every day feeling energized and ready for new adventures! During my past three years at On-Target, I’ve become physically stronger and as a result have developed a better sense of well-being. The lower back pain that plagued me most of my adult life has been minimized; simple things like shoveling snow or doing yard work no longer causes me back pain. My trusty heating pad companion is now gathering a layer of dust.

Before I met Pam, I spent 3-5 days in the gym working out, but I never saw any results even though I worked out hard. I found On Target 3 years ago when I was desperate to fit into my wedding dress. I was dreading what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. My husband, Andy and I started Pam's Body Buddies program four months ago. Before then, neither he nor I thought we had time to exercise.
